The Power of Relationship | The third and fourth key pillars that undergird a healthy community of faith - research that is applied to Christian schooling.
A Pilgrimage to Servanthood: Wearing the Mantle of Humility | Takes the four key pillars that undergird a community of faith and ties them together with biblical principles and a theoretical framework that is crucial for true connection with students and fellow educators.
Keynote Speaker 2: Tony George | The King's School | Australia
Tony is a Christian school principal who has significant teaching, ministry and general management experience in schools, not-for-profit and commercial organisations. He has tertiary qualifications in Education, Science, Management and Theology. Tony's doctoral studies are in the Philosophy of Education, focusing on the collaborative roles that religious, philosophic and scientific modes of human knowing contribute to our understanding of education. Consequently, Tony is particularly interested in understanding, validating and promoting the contribution that Christian education provides in contemporary societies. He loves to see children grow as people of Christian character and integrity (intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually) and is passionate about developing Christian educational leaders with a global perspective on education and service. Tony is a committed Christian, is blessed and supported by his wife Jen and four adult children, and actively participates in church life.
